Puzzle & Chill is a print-on-demand store, which means each puzzle is custom-made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this unique production model, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong design, changed your mind, or selected the incorrect quantity.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement or a full refund, provided you contact us within 10 days of delivery.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Please send an email to our customer support team.
- Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue with the product.
- If multiple items are affected by the same design issue, please also provide a photo (or video) showing all items in a single frame.
You do not need to return the damaged product.
Please note the following:
- Puzzle & Chill is not responsible for orders where the wrong design, quantity, or variant was selected by the customer.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may request a reprint at an additional cost, or receive a partial refund.
- For print placement, a tolerance of up to 0.5 inches is considered acceptable and not a defect.
