Returns & Refunds Eligibility
We only accept returns or issue refunds for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
To be eligible, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide photos of the damage along with your order number.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Important Notes
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for any other reason, including change of mind or incorrect size/design choice.
- All items must be unused and in their original condition for any resolution to apply.
